I did my interview with Rogelio. He is a sophomore here at Cal State Long Beach. He is from Lancaster and has lived in California his whole life. He dorms at Beachside College, I used to dorm there a couple years ago, so we had that in common. He is a civil engineering major. He would like to work for the company Aeco when he graduates. He played soccer for a little and also ran track in high school.
This was the first time doing the student interviews where I did not initiate the conversation. I really admire how he already knows what he wants to do and the company he would like to work for. He also showed interest when I was talking about eventually owning my own business which made the conversation go great.
